Associate of Arts Degree - Accounting

Keiser University offers an  Associate of Arts program in Accounting that provides students with an understanding of accounting methods, management skills, and business knowledge necessary to prosper in today’s business environment. Students learn the computer and software applications skills needed to succeed in positions such as: junior accountant or auditor, automated records or payroll clerk, junior accounts receivable or tax preparation clerk. This program will enhance employment and promotion potential and prepare students for transfer to 4-year degree programs as well as national accreditation exams in accountancy.
Program Outline
The program is a total of 60 semester hours in duration. The student must complete the following 24 credit hours of core courses and 36 credit hours of general education courses.
